To list a matrimonial profile, registration by user with melaplagnakendra.com is
compulsory.
|

|
A user wanting to list his/her profile and avail all other services provided on melaplagnakendra.com from time to time must be legally marriageable.

The user agrees to post true, correct and genuine details of his/her profile as specified in the form.
|
|

|
Profiles once posted can be edited or deleted only after prior permission and review by melaplagnakendra.com and the decision of melaplagnakendra.com regarding permitting the same would be final and non-negotiable.

|
Listed profiles will be displayed on melaplagnakendra.com for a time period which would be decided by melaplagnakendra.com authorities and the users of the service would have no right with regards to time period of profile listing and its continuance and discontinuance.

A user once registered can list only one profile. All replies to a profile will be mailed on message box of the user provided by internal messaging system of
melaplagnakenda.com.

Melaplagnakendra.com reserves the right to edit, refuse or discontinue any profile or registration at any time without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.

All profiles posted on melaplagnakendra.com, are accepted in good faith and it is understood and implied that the person whose profile is being posted, has authorised the posting of his/her profile. Melaplagnakendra.com does not guarantee either the authenticity or the correctness of the information provided in a profile.

A user shall NOT list on melaplagnakendra.com any defamatory, in-accurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, racially offensive/discriminating or illegal material or any material that infringes or violates the rights of any other party.

The exchange of matrimonial profiles through melaplagnakendra.com should not be construed as an offer or recommendation by
melaplagnakendra.com.

The users should list their profile and make contact with other users at their own risk. Neither melaplagnakendra.com nor any of its owners, officials, or agents, shall in any manner be responsible for any loss or damage, caused to any user, arising out of any matrimonial alliance or relationship established through the use of the MATRIMONIAL PROFILE LISTINGS on
melaplagnakendra.com.

Decision regarding marriage would be individual's own responsibility. It is the responsibility of the users to inform melaplagnakendra.com about their marriage.

While melaplagnakendra.com will take every precaution to restrict access to the confidential information of users no claim is made as to the impenetrability of our system. Melaplagnakendra.com will not be liable for any loss or damage accrued to any user, out of loss of password or due to third parties gaining access to a users profile/password.

Melaplagnakendra.com disclaims all liabilities regardless of the form of action for the acts or omissions of other members or users of this site.

Melaplagnakendra.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort arising out of the use and/or temporary or permanent discontinuation of its services.

Profiles of the users would be listed on the website only after reviewed by melaplagnakendra.com. Decision regarding listing/non-listing of profile on the website would be that only of melaplagnakendra.com and users would have no right to enforce their will with regards to the same.

User would not have access to all or any parts and features of the site until he/she gives a true, correct and genuine details in the profile and the same has been duly reviewed and further accepted by melaplagnakendra.com. The rights of access to all or any parts and features of the website is reserved with melaplagnakendra.com and final decision with regards to allotment/non-allotment of the rights lies with melaplagnakendra.com and is non-negotiable.

Data accessed by and displayed to the user through melaplagnakendra.com is for his/her own sole matrimonial use it should in no case be given to any other person for any use and member should not misuse the same in any other manner. If default in regards to it were found then it would attract termination of registration and profile listing of the user without any prior notice.

Users of melaplagnakendra.com agree to use this service as permitted by the applicable laws.

This service is free as of now. At any point of time melaplagnakendra.com may decide to charge users for the same however the users shall have an option to avail or not to avail for the said service.
